Eric Orme
Director
Eric is a cultural and social entrepreneur with a passionate belief in the value of high quality research to inform policy, strategy and practise within the Public and Third sectors.
From a successful background in young people’s theatre and cultural marketing he has led countless research projects for organisations as diverse as the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, the MLA, Rambert Dance, Arts & Business and the NHS.
Eric holds a BA (Hons) Drama and Psychology, MA Arts Policy and Management and MRS Cert Market Research. He is a a graduate of the Common Purpose Matrix Programme. He has served as non-executive Director for the New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich and Suffolk Arts Marketing.
Eric is a full member of the Social Research Association, the SROI Network and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA).

Amanda Bradshaw
Research Associate
Amanda is an intelligent and insightful researcher and experienced communications specialist. She brings a strong track record in the health and learning sectors and has led research and communication projects for the Department of Health, NHS, The King’s Fund, Channel 4 and the former DfES.
During her time with Cultural Intelligence, Amanda has played a key part in projects exploring the delivery of effective digital communications, the communication of adult social care strategy and the improvement of bereavement services provision.
Amanda has a BA (Hons) in English Literature.

Steve Harris
Research Associate
A creative consultant and researcher, Steve has a significant background in young peoples’ theatre and has particular strengths in organisational development, programme evaluation and public consultation.
Steve has led projects for organisations as diverse as the Royal Academy, Arcola Theatre, The Science Museum. Victoria and Albert Museum, the New Opportunities Fund and The Learning and Skills Development Agency. Steve has worked with Cultural Intelligence since 1997.
Steve has a B.Ed (Hons), M.A Education, M.A Arts Policy and Management. He has held non-executive directorships with Welfare State International, B Arts and Greenwich Young People’s Theatre.

Caroline Wright
Associate Artist/Researcher
Caroline has worked with Cultural Intelligence since January 2009 and has played a major role in the development of our creative consultation methodology.
She is a successful contemporary artist and also has a significant track record of work with community and marginalised groups. At the core of her fine art practise is an exploration of alternative forms of human communication which compliments her work for Cultural Intelligence.
Her qualifications include BA (Hons) Fine Art And MA Fine Art. She has held non-executive Directorships with Bury St Edmunds Gallery and is on the Advisory board for AIR.

Heidi Ashford
Project Administrator
Heidi is a dedicated and experienced administrator who provides essential administrative support to our research programme.
Heidi takes a particular lead in the recruitment for our qualitative research projects.
