Community consultation and engagement including needs assessment to inform strategic commissioning. We have particular strengths in engaging marginalised, rarely heard or 'hard to reach' and challenging groups

Social and consumer research using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and including user-led service design. Our research helps to inform the development of policy and strategy based on sound evidence

Programme and project evaluation both formative and summative in particular using participant-led and theory-based methodologies

Measuring social and economic impact helping organisations to evaluate and express the impact of their work
