Public Library Journal on Creative Consultation
A short feature in the Public Library Journal about user engagement using our creative consultation methodology.
"How effectively does yout library service enage with its users? Not just the easily reached and often heard but the marginalised groups who don't have the clearest voices or the greatest influence? What the public want from libraries
The public really do value libraries for much more than books as this research shows. This report from IPSOS MORI commissioned by MLA complements the work we have done with marginalised groups about their use of libraries so we are hosting it here. Please also see 'Suffolk Libraries Consultation' and 'The Information Game' for more good stuff.

www.arts-info.org
Download the 'Top Tips' and the 'Data assembly tool' to help you gather all the data you need before you go on-line.
The tool helps you prepare for submitting data to www.arts-info.org by providing the data inputting sheets in a form that you can print out. You will still need to input the data manually on-line but at least you will have it all to hand.
The best approach is this:
- Download the tool - open it and work through the pages completing all of the information that you can (drop down boxes won't be available to you in the printed out form).
- Save the document and print it.
- Complete the rest by hand collecting data from wherever you need to.
- Log on to www.arts-info.org and input your data.
